Lookie Here, Lookie Here

Are you ever tempted to think God has forgotten about you and your circumstances?

Here is the truth: God knows every detail of our heart and lives; “Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of Him to whom we must give account” – Hebrews 4:13.

God is aware of every moment in our lives. He recognizes our sins, our victories, and even our doubts…every aspect of our lives are seen by God.

It’s only in our crazy minds that think we can hide anything from God!  And it’s just as crazy to purposefully close areas of our heart from examination when we know what’s inside is keeping us separated from God.

Psalm 139:23-24 “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.”

    Hello Shane,

    Good thoughts!

Headed to chapel to speak in a few minutes. Today, we are dedicating a brand new sign over @ FSCH in memory of Dustin. Gwen was the designer of the sign and the landscaping and Dustin designed the Crusader emblem that is being used. I have missed Dustin and I’ll never forget that first ride in his Camaro. When we got to 100mph I asked him, “Dustin-do you think a holiness preacher and one of his parishioners ought to be going 100mph down 69?” He said, “well–probably not!”

I know you miss your old buddy as well. Just keep playing that harmonica and remember the words of Prov. 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own human abilities, but in every opportunity acknowledge God, because He is fully capable of making sense of the path we take.”

    Shane-I really appreciate you!

    Have a great day!

    Your friend,

    Mark D. Stetler

Good thoughts, Cousin. I just found this page. Mom and Dad told me about it a while back. If you don’t mind, send me your e-mail address.
